New Jersey native DAN MARRO has established himself in the entertainment field as a modern day renaissance man. His list of credentials are impressive: singer-songwriter, published poet, producer, audio engineer, director, impersonator, performer, filmmaker and radio talkshow host.   

"I wear a lot of hats..." he explains, "Nowadays, you have to be your own record company, producer, band and promoter. You have to learn all facets of the field. Its not just writing, but you also have to learn all the technical aspects of recording." He continues, "Its allot of work! But the payoff is rewarding since you become experienced enough to get on CD the exact sound you hear in your head!"

But what has taken this 38 year old so long to start chasing after his dream now? The answer, Parenthood! "I feel blessed and lucky! I'm gonna be the only rock star to do things backwards." He refers to being able to see his children grow and be a part of their lives, unlike so many musicians who missed out on these most critical years. "I've been there from the beginning, and now they're at an age where they can appreciate what I do, and be a part of it as well."

Dan Marro is no stranger to performing, having been in the music business for over 20 years. As a musician, he had the honor of opening for many iconic acts, such as STEPPENWOLF, RICK DERRINGER, THE GUESS WHO, THE CHIFFONS, GLORIA GAYNOR, K.C. AND THE SUNSHINE BAND, THE SHIRLELLES, and THE DRIFTERS. 

As owner of Dan Marro Entertainment, he has overseen productions of radio jingles, animation projects, instructional videos, TV pilots, feature films and documentaries. His most recent endeavor is a paranormal DVD series entitled E.S.P. Event Supernatural and Paranormal. The series has also spawned an internet podcast show called the E.S.P. Dark Harvest Radio Program.
